While this training is primarily geared for churches and other organizations in Ontario that fall under the AODA, valuable tips would be shared that will be useful for anyone looking to welcome people with disabilities into community.

Did you know that if you are an employer in Ontario and have at least one employee, you must complete 4 requirements of the Accessible Employment Standard in your workplace by January 1, 2017 in the areas of hiring, workplace information, performance management and accessibility policies?

Sarah Chaudhery will be presenting this training. She recently facilitated a similar training as a workshop at the Life to the Full Conference in Niagara Falls that participants found valuable and informative.
